About The Alabama Kidney Foundation
The Alabama Kidney Foundation (AKF) was established in 1975 by a former kidney patient who firsthand saw the needs of Alabamians who are affected by kidney disease. They provide financial assistance, education and support services to low-income kidney patients in Alabama.
