Overview

Redstone Government Consulting experts assist contractors in writing, reviewing, negotiating, and complying with contracts and subcontracts from government solicitation to final close-out. Our team helps contractors streamline the contracts and subcontracts administration role. Whether you want to outsource your entire contract’s function or if you have an employed contracts specialist but need additional bandwidth or expertise, we can act as your contract administrator or manager. Our consultants are experts in small business regulations, change orders, modifications, T&Cs, OCI mitigations, contract close-outs, and contractor responsibility.
