Acquisitions & Exit Strategies Panel Discussion (2hrs CPE)
After a continental breakfast and introduction to the conference by R. Scott Butler, Managing Director of Redstone Government Consulting we will open the day with a panel on Acquisitions and Exit Strategies. One of the most common questions we get from our clients is how to plan for the future of their company. Whether you are a brand new company or a seasoned GovCon veteran an exit strategy is always critical in planning for the future of your company. For most government contractors exit of company ownership and founding members typically occurs via acquisition or employee ownership. Topics of discussion during the panel will include company valuation, high-value targets in today’s market and ways you can improve your company’s positioning for acquisition. We will also have insights from industry veterans to provide a valuable perspective from both the buy and sell side of acquisition, as well as input from leading ESOP transaction advisors and first-hand management perspective of the ESOP process. The panel will be moderated by Scott Butler, Managing Director and CEO of Redstone GCI. Scott provides strategic leadership to Redstone GCI’s internal teams who provide due diligence and acquisition planning services to our client base, which includes many private equity and investment banking community members. Our panel will include:
