The 2018 Liz Hurley Ribbon Run
The 2018 Liz Hurley Ribbon Run features a 5K run and a Survivors’ Walk. The 5K course will take runners through beautiful downtown Huntsville, including the Twickenham and Old Town Historic Districts. The race took place on Saturday, October 20, 2018 starting at the corner of Lowe Avenue and Adams Street, and ending at Huntsville Junior High School. The day began at 8:00am with our Survivor’s Walk. RGCI Team Name: Redstone Cancer Fighters
About Annual Liz Hurley Ribbon Run
The Annual Liz Hurley Ribbon Run raises money for the Huntsville Hospital Breast Center! Every dollar raised goes right back to our community to help local breast cancer patients and survivors. Proceeds from the Annual Liz Hurley Ribbon Run provides for the top-priority needs of Huntsville Hospital Breast Center, including an additional ultrasound machine and specialized ultrasound table. This new, high-tech equipment will reduce wait times so patients have access to the diagnostic screenings they need, detecting breast cancers earlier and more accurately.
