Redstone Government Consulting, Inc. (Redstone GCI) is excited to announce the addition of Heather Kuhar to our team of expert consultants. Heather is joining the Redstone GCI team as a Director with a 30-year career in high-tech manufacturing in highly-regulated industries, including aerospace, defense, automotive, medical, telecommunications, and renewable energy. Heather brings expertise in Operations and supporting large and small organizations with strategy and leadership, building infrastructure for early-stage start-ups, and establishing best practices and continual improvement for mature organizations doing business with both the U.S. Government and Commercial customers. Heather has brought together and managed people for over 25 years. She is actively pursuing education in Organizational Industrial Psychology to bring best practices and theory together with her decades of field experience managing organizational change in some of the most challenging and dynamic environments.
Heather’s addition to the Redstone GCI team represents a recognition by our firm of the benefits of proactively applying organizational change management (OCM) for managing the effects of new business processes, new technology, shifting economic landscapes, or changes in organizational structure and culture within an enterprise; in short – managing the change associated with pursuing solutions to the challenges our clients are currently facing, and will continue to face, in the coming years. Her addition is the first step in building a new practice area to support our clients better. Heather’s role will be as an Operations and OCM subject matter expert supporting initiatives for our clients. It will not be uncommon for our clients to see Heather involved with projects that span all our service offerings, as we fully expect to leverage Heather’s Operations and OCM background to support our clients and the challenges they face within all areas of their diverse business.
Heather is a welcome addition to our team and will be a tremendous asset to our Government Contracting clients and enhance Redstone GCI’s future initiatives. Stay tuned for more additions to this growing practice area, and we look forward to introducing you to Heather soon.
