Redstone Government Consulting, Inc. is seeking a driven Costpoint Consultant specializing in the Materials and Manufacturing Module to join our team Costpoint team. The Materials Module Expert will assist our customers with the implementation and optimization of the Materials area within the client’s Deltek Costpoint systems. The consultant will report to the Director of Costpoint Services.
This is a full-time, remote position. Occasional travel to client sites and/or our headquarters in Huntsville, AL, is required.
Duties/Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following)
- Managing all aspects of Deltek Costpoint Materials & Manufacturing Implementations
- Performing Costpoint Materials & Manufacturing system and usage assessments for clients.
- Consulting with clients to resolve issues and/or improve the functionality of existing Costpoint Materials & Manufacturing processes
- Developing training and business development materials associated with the Materials and Manufacturing area.

- Self-starter willing to research best practices and procedures to solve problems that arise
- Must be a team player as this role is heavily dependent upon collaboration with other Costpoint team members
- Must be able to multi-task, interface with customers, and work well under tight deadlines
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience with a solid understanding of purchasing and manufacturing processes in the industry.
- 10+ years’ experience using the Materials module within the Deltek Costpoint system.
- 3+ years’ experience implementing the Materials module within the Deltek Costpoint system.
- Experience in the federal government contracting industry is a requirement.
