Redstone GCI is seeking a UKG Implementation Specialist to work alongside our HR Consulting Team. The Implementation Specialist will lead and support clients in the implementation of UKG products as well as provide product knowledge and expertise to internal team members and external clients. In this role, the Implementation Specialist will work alongside our internal team throughout the discovery phase in order to determine and meet the needs and desires of each client. The Implementation Specialist will design system workflows and configure UKG products and interfaces using functional configuration tools.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Lead implementations of UKG systems for multiple clients simultaneously
  • Communicate with internal team to understand needs of clients
  • Configure UKG system to client specifications
  • Make recommendations to clients based upon needs presented

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with UKG implementations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field of study preferred
  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with internal team and clients
  • Knowledge of the technical aspects of software implementations such as Data Import/Export and System Configuration
