Description
Course Overview
This comprehensive two-day course will outline the human resources requirements for government contractors when they are applicable and how to efficiently incorporate them into daily contracting activities. Compliance with U.S. Government contracting laws is complex, and HR-related requirements add another layer of recordkeeping, posting, training, and reporting responsibilities. With increased random audits by the Department of Labor, ensuring compliance is more critical than ever.
