Redstone GCI is excited to announce the addition of Laurie Chapman as a Senior Managing Consultant in our Human Resources Team. Laurie joins us with over 20 years of diverse experience, including HR Management platforms and systems, data analysis, performance management, strategic planning, and compliance. Laurie owned and operated a small company focused on staffing, teaming, human resources consulting, and business development for government contractors, where she assisted over 75 client companies with support to over 250 active contracts across multiple agencies and states. While serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer, Laurie was instrumental in the company’s success, resulting in the growth of an SDVOSB from a small business to a large business in less than 5 years. In addition, Laurie enjoys and has proven successful in providing support in marketing and business development.

Laurie’s expertise is a valuable addition to the breadth and depth of knowledge amongst our HR Team. Laurie will lead the effort to expand our HR services to include a full suite of cloud-based system offerings, including Human Resource Management (HRM) (i.e., talent acquisition and tracking, compensation and performance management, benefits administration, and open enrollment), Payroll Services and Time & Labor Management. We are excited to collaborate with our clients to customize these solutions and provide outsourced services that meet each client’s specific needs throughout the company’s life cycle. This service offering will provide our clients of all sizes with the ability to utilize both a robust human capital management system and the diverse knowledge base of our HR Team. We have no doubt that Laurie’s experience and knowledge will prove highly beneficial to the HR Team and our clients.
