Ashley Wortham

Human Resources Consultant

Ashley Wortham is a Human Resources Consultant in Redstone’s HR Consulting team. For the past 5 years, Ashley has supported the Human Resources department of a local government contractor by performing various HR duties, including recruiting, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, orientation design and delivery, and policy creation and implementation. Her role at Redstone GCI includes providing support to our clients in handbook and policy development, compensation planning, development of job descriptions, and other traditional Human Resources functions. Her education, valuable hands-on experience, customer service skills, and infectious positivity make her a welcome addition to our team.
