Senior Consultant – Implementation Specialist

Haley joined Redstone Government Consulting, Inc. as a Senior Consultant – Implementation Specialist in 2023. She focuses on UKG Ready full-suite implementations and provides support to clients in navigating their needs in a Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Haley works with the HR team to provide clients with the best possible experience throughout their implementation, provides training to our clients so they may use the system to its fullest capacity and continues to be a technical resource throughout the lifecycle of the engagement. Her experience and knowledge bring great value to our customers’ processes by streamlining and enhancing efficiencies through the UKG Ready system.

Professional Experience

Haley has experience with and is proficient in multiple HRM platforms. Her natural tendency to enhance processes and ability to effectively train and develop users led to her specializing in UKG Ready. Haley is accredited in the implementation of the UKG Ready HR module and has worked with Human Resources and Implementation teams to provide employees and customers with smooth implementations, to include transitioning from other HCMs. She has experience as a user and implementor in multiple areas of UKG, including benefits enrollment, recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping and payroll. The diverse experience gained has allowed her to develop and provide relevant training to customers and employees on the various platforms in highpaced environments.
