Carol’s career is rooted in her early work with a small 8(a) company, where she contributed significantly to contract and project management efforts for sole source and set-aside awards. Her role was instrumental during the company’s growth phase, where she also spearheaded various human resources initiatives. Over the years, Carol honed her skills at a large multinational corporation, where she managed subcontracting under FAR Part 15 and FAR Part 12 contracts. Her experience includes negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements, supporting proposal efforts, ensuring file compliance, and developing training programs for subcontractors.
Carol also brings specialized knowledge as a certified Supplier Diversity Specialist, with extensive experience in crafting Small Business Participation and Subcontracting Plans to support proposals. Her recent work as a subcontract manager for a Joint Venture Mentor Protégé award further expands her ability to offer valuable insights and best practices to clients.
