Redstone Government Consulting, Inc. (Redstone GCI) is pleased to announce the addition of David Watson as a Senior Consultant in the Compliance Consulting group. David brings a wealth of experience in government cost and compliance, and his expertise will be invaluable in assisting Redstone GCI’s clients with navigating complex issues related to cost volumes, proposal pricing, and post-award program control.
David’s career began at a local CPA firm, where he developed a solid foundation in accounting. He later specialized in program control and pricing within the government contracting sector. Over the past seven years, David has refined his skills in various industry roles, including as a Program Control Manager. During his tenure, he led the development of a new program control department, implemented critical review processes, and oversaw budget and forecasting efforts.
Prior to his management role, David served as a Program Control Analyst, responsible for labor tracking on large-scale government programs, preparing cost reports, and handling pricing proposals. His experience also includes roles in financial and pricing strategies, where he conducted cost/price analysis and developed pricing models.
