Redstone GCI Welcomes Kristiane Smith as Senior Managing Consultant, Unanet Consulting
Redstone Government Consulting, Inc. (Redstone GCI) is pleased to announce the addition of Kristiane Smith to its Unanet Consulting team as Senior Managing Consultant. With nearly two decades of experience working directly with Unanet customers across implementation, system administration, and enterprise training, Kristiane strengthens Redstone GCI’s ability to support government contractors in building compliant, audit-ready ERP and CRM environments that improve reporting accuracy and operational control.
Kristiane brings a proven ability to translate complex system and business requirements into disciplined, defensible solutions that support compliant project accounting, strong internal controls, and effective cross-functional alignment between finance, contracts, HR, and operations. Her background in full-cycle implementation leadership and system governance equips her to help clients move beyond basic functionality toward sustainable Unanet environments that support the operational and compliance realities of government contracting.

Prior to joining Redstone GCI, Kristiane held senior consulting and leadership roles delivering Unanet ERP and CRM solutions in regulated environments. She also brings direct operational experience as an ERP and business operations lead, serving as Unanet ERP and AIM system administrator and overseeing system configuration governance, security, and data integrity across finance, projects, and HR workflows. Earlier in her career, Kristiane spent more than a decade at Unanet in progressive leadership roles, including Principal Sales Engineer, Senior Sales Engineer, and Director of Unanet University, where she led enterprise training and certification programs and helped shape how organizations adopted and governed the Unanet platform.
Kristiane holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Virginia Tech and maintains professional certifications in sales methodology, CRM administration, and instructional design.
