New Hire - Linda Scalf - Redstone GCI

Linda Scalf has recently joined Redstone Government Consulting, Inc. (RGC) in Huntsville, Alabama as part of our Human Resources Consulting group. In her role as a Human Resource Consultant, Linda will work with our government contractor clients on a wide range of HR issues, from specific HR projects to providing an ongoing, outsourced solution of the HR function. Linda will work in conjunction with our team of HR specialists and attorneys to offer government contractors a comprehensive approach to their HR needs. Linda specializes in providing assessments of HR practices, establishing and implementing policies and practices, contract transition efforts/onboarding, benefits selection and enrollment, and HR systems/module implementations.

Linda’s vast expertise ranges from Benefits Administration, onboarding, HR Compliance, Performance Management, Process Improvement, Affirmative Action Planning and Policy/Handbook development. Prior to joining Redstone Government Consulting, Inc., Linda served 17 years in various HR roles with government contractors. As a Human Resources Specialist, she assisted in affirmative action planning, benefits administration, performance management, onboarding and recruiting. Linda later served in the role as Human Resource Manager where she supervised a staff of 3 employees. Her primary focus during this time was to guide the overall function of the HR department, employee relations issues, monthly metrics reporting, and executive support to the CEO and Board of Directors.


Linda received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Linda is also a member of both the Society for Human Resources Management National Organization and the North Alabama Chapter.
