We are happy to announce the promotion of Sheri Buchanan to Senior Manager. Sheri is a key employee at Redstone GCI, as she has led both our internal HR, as well as our HR Consulting practice since Redstone GCI started in 2012. Her contributions to our team, our firm and our clients are immeasurable. Under her leadership our HR practice area has gone from an idea and a few offers to help clients with HR needs to a fully functioning group of four consultants providing support to our clients in the areas of HR compliance to include, SCA consulting, AAP and Compensation Analysis, Benefits Administration, HR Training, Handbooks development, EEOC compliance and Employment & Labor Law matters, and much more. Sheri’s promotion to Sr. Manager comes at a time of continued growth in the HR area where she and her team have most recently supported many of our clients with the implementation of the new provisions of the CARES Act brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. She and the entire HR team continue to be an invaluable resource to our clients on emerging and complex HR matters unique to our federal contractor clients. We are incredibly thankful for Sheri’s contributions to our firm and excited to provide her a most-deserving promotion to Sr. Manager.
