Redstone Government Consulting, Inc. is happy to announce the addition of Kaylie Spitzer to our team. Kaylie joins Redstone GCI as an HR Consultant in our Human Resources Consulting team. She is certified in Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP) and brings several years of progressive experience in human resources. Prior to joining Redstone GCI, Kaylie served as an HR Director in the distribution and logistics industry, where she led all core HR functions and supported organizational change through strategic HR leadership. During this time, she also managed the full-suite implementation and ongoing administration of UKG Ready.
Kaylie will provide dedicated support to our government contracting clients with a focus on compliant HR program administration, policy and procedure development, and HR best practice consulting. She is known for her ability to bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to HR operations. Her in-depth expertise with UKG Ready enables her to guide our clients through system implementation, optimization, and ongoing administration while ensuring their Human Capital Management (HCM) systems are effective, scalable, and fully compliant with government requirements. She looks forward to bringing her experience and client-focused approach to Redstone GCI, delivering practical HR solutions and meaningful support to our government contracting clients.
