Redstone Government Consulting, Inc. is happy to announce the addition of Erin Roberts to our team. Erin joins our team as a Senior Managing Consultant in our Compliance Consulting group. With more than 15 years of experience in federal procurement, price and cost analysis, acquisition strategy, proposal development and evaluation, forward pricing, government contractor business system review, and regulatory compliance, Erin will assist our clients with practical, defensible pricing and acquisition support.

Erin’s background includes experience from both government contractor and Government agency perspectives, giving her a practical understanding of how proposal requirements, pricing expectations, cost realism and reasonableness, negotiation support, and documentation practices affect government contractors throughout the procurement process. A recognized industry leader, Erin specializes in architecting scalable corporate policies, standard operating procedures, and compliant business systems that withstand rigorous audit scrutiny. Furthermore, she brings a proven track record in training development and delivery, having established agency-level educational programs and academies that successfully institutionalized complex regulatory standards and processes across nationwide workforces, and steered critical workforce modernization initiatives through targeted professional development.

“Erin brings the type of pricing, acquisition, and compliance experience our clients need when preparing complex proposals, supporting negotiations, and addressing Government review expectations,” said Courtney Edmonson, CEO of Redstone GCI. “Her background across government contractor proposal development and federal agency price and cost analysis strengthens our ability to assist clients with practical, defensible pricing and compliance support.”

Prior to joining Redstone GCI, Erin held price and cost analysis roles with an 8(a) Government Contractor, Missile Defense Agency, the Defense Contract Management Agency, and NASA Headquarters, where she was named NASA’s Enterprise Price/Cost Analyst of the Year. She led more than 30 evaluation boards covering more than $100 billion in total contract award value and advised agency leadership on financial risk, realism and reasonableness, and regulatory compliance.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mississippi State University, a Federal Contracts Management Essentials Certificate from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and a FAC-C Professional Certification. We are excited to welcome Erin to Redstone GCI and look forward to the experience and perspective she brings to our clients and our Compliance Consulting team.

About Redstone Government Consulting, Inc.

Redstone GCI is a consulting firm focused on fulfilling the needs of government contractors in all areas of compliance. With a singular mission to help contractors through the multiple layers of “red tape,” we allow contractors to focus on what they do best – support their mission with the U.S. Government. We are home to a group of consultants made up of GovCon industry professionals, CPAs, attorneys, and retired government audit and acquisition professionals. From humble beginnings, as a small group of core individuals with a goal of providing DCAA/DCMA compliance and audit support, we have grown to a firm of over 30 professionals, with expertise extending well beyond our initial goal, now supporting compliance needs in most areas of a contractor’s back-office. One thing our clients can be certain of is that with the Redstone GCI Team in your corner, there is no problem too big and no issue too technical for our team to tackle.
