Redstone Government Consulting, Inc. (Redstone GCI) is pleased to announce that Leslie (Les) Broadwater has joined the firm as a Senior Managing Consultant in its Costpoint Consulting group. With more than 19 years of experience in Deltek Costpoint extensibility, custom application development, ERP system integrations, software architecture, implementation planning, business requirements analysis, and ongoing system support, Les expands Redstone GCI’s ability to assist government contractors with complex Costpoint development and integration requirements.
In his role, Les will assist our clients in extending Costpoint functionality, connecting Costpoint with internal and external systems, and translating business requirements into custom applications, interfaces, and processes. His experience with purchasing, manufacturing, timekeeping, data management, and connected enterprise systems provides insight into how technical design decisions affect system functionality, data movement, and business processes.

Before joining Redstone GCI, Les held senior software development roles focused on Costpoint customization, integration, and enterprise system support. His experience included developing custom screens, applications, processes, and interfaces; creating Maintenance, Repair, and Operations functionality integrated with Costpoint’s purchasing system; and using the Costpoint Web Interface Console to support data imports, exports, and external system communications. He also led the Costpoint technical effort for an organization transitioning away from the system, a transition that required a repeatable and auditable data export process.
Les earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Frostburg State University. His experience in Costpoint development, enterprise integration, manufacturing systems, and data management will assist our clients in implementing technical functionality that aligns with defined business processes and system requirements.
