Strategy & Consulting

System Design, Conﬁguration, and Implementation – We work with your team to design and implement a UKG Ready solution that meets your company’s requirements and processes, including migrating data from your current system into UKG Ready and the relevant modules. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and seamless as possible, with minimal burden on your team during the implementation.
UKG Ready System Review – We offer a complete system review and health check of your UKG Ready system, including a review of the main modules, components, processes, reporting, and system compliance.

Implementations

Human Resources Management Module Design, Configuration, and Implementation – Our team of software and subject matter experts will assist in configuring the HR Management module, so your company is able to compliantly manage the requirements of the Department of Labor, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), and other Federal and State requirements. We work with our clients to implement the module to optimize recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, certification and training tracking, succession planning, compensation, and foster employee engagement.
Payroll & Payroll Tax Filing Module Design, Configuration, and Implementation – Our team of software and subject matter experts will assist in configuring the Payroll & Payroll Tax Filing module, so your company is able to compliantly manage the Service Contract Act, Davis Bacon Act, and Collective Bargaining Agreement requirements.
Time & Leave Management Module Design, Configuration, and Implementation – Our team of software and subject matter experts will assist in configuring the Time & Leave Management module, so your company is able to compliantly manage DCAA Audit requirements. We work with our clients to implement the module to optimize scheduling and accrual and utilize the Affordable Care Act Manager.
