Linda joined Redstone Government Consulting, Inc. in October 2017 as a Human Resources Consultant. She provides HR consulting services to our customers on a wide range of issues, from specific projects to an ongoing outsourced solution of the human resources function. Linda has experience in Benefits Administration, onboarding, HR Compliance, Performance Management, Process Improvement, Affirmative Action Planning and Policy/Handbook updates. She has worked majority of her career in the Defense industry. She stays abreast of the various requirements of the Department of Labor and, of great importance to government contractors, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, as well as other federal and state regulations impacting human resources.
Prior to joining Redstone Government Consulting, Inc., Linda served 17 years in various HR roles at government contractors. As a Human Resources Specialist, she assisted in affirmative action planning, benefits administration, performance management, onboarding and recruiting. Linda later served in the role as Human Resource Manager where she supervised a staff of 3 employees. Her primary focus during this time was to guide the overall function of the HR department, employee relations issues, monthly metrics reporting, and executive support to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Linda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
